Over 10,000 customers enjoyed our Better Bus photo booths and interactive other activities at our 13 pop-up events like this one at the Greenbelt Metro Station.

Our teams visited bus stops all over the region to make sure customers had an opportunity to make their voices heard about proposed route changes.

"Discovery Hub" stations at our Discovery Day Workshops offered more than 400 attendees the chance to utilize many of our interactive tools.

Our staff connected with customers on 29 bus ride-alongs, providing information customized for their specific route.

Metro hosted special events with bus operators and other staff to hear what they thought about the proposed 2025 network.

Metro created easy-to-understand maps and other materials specific to every community we visited.

Discovery Days events featured interactive activities, bringing fun to the whole family while they learned about the Proposed 2025 Network.

All of our in-person events included bilingual staff allowing us to have more than 4,500 interactions in Spanish with our customers.

Each of our three Discovery Day events included a formal Public Hearing where attendees could provide oral testimony.
