Jefre Manuel selected a resin material treated with multiple micro-layers of metallic coating for its dynamic qualities to represent water in his wall mounted artwork titled Pulse. The artwork evokes Admiral Farragut's voyage on the Mississippi River.
This project was funded by The Golden Triangle BID and a grant from the DC Commission on the Arts & Humanities to the Golden Triangle BID and was donated to WMATA.
