The A28 operates between Pentagon Station and the Landmark Transit Center, via Yoakum Parkway, S Reynolds Street, Holmes Run Parkway, and N Van Dorn Street. Service runs only on weekdays during morning and evening rush hours. It follows a route similar to the former 21C route.
