Monthly Reserved Parking

Why hassle over finding a parking spot when you can sign up for reserved parking. For an additional monthly fee of either $45 or $65 (depending on the station), you can get a premium parking space located close to the station entrances, elevators and stairwells.

In addition to the monthly fee paid to your reserved parking account, you must pay the daily fee each time you park. Daily parking fees are paid upon exiting the parking facility via SmarTrip or credit card.

Securing Your Monthly Reservation is Easy!

Select your station using the drop-down menu below to go directly to that station's parking page. Select the link for "Set Up Reserved Parking Account" and follow the directions on LAZ Parking's webpage to register.

You will be placed on a wait list after you set up your account. The approval process may take up to 30 days and if you are approved for your selected station, you will be mailed a parking permit for that location to begin parking. You will not be able to park if you have not received a confirmation email and permit.

All reserved parking customers must have a credit card on file with LAZ to participate in the program.
