Metro is seeking a development team through this Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") to prepare and implement a Development Plan for Metro-owned land adjacent to the Capitol Heights Metrorail station ("Capitol Heights") in Prince George's County, Maryland. The site is a 6-acre assemblage bounded by East Capitol Street, Davey Street and Southern Avenue.

Metro, in collaboration with the Town of Capitol Heights and Prince George’s County, seeks to create a walkable, mixed-use, live-work-learn-play transit-oriented development. This opportunity supports the vision and economic development goals of the Blue Line Corridor Initiative.
