Qualification requires a mobile SmarTrip card, completion of an online program sign-up form, and consent to WMATA sharing with Lyft Bikes and Scooters LLC ("Lyft") the phone number you provided to WMATA at sign-up which will facilitate distribution of the promotional offer to the account linked to that phone number. Redemption requires a Capital Bikeshare or Lyft account. Mobile SmarTrip cards are available both on Apple iPhone and Android platforms. Promotional offer available only to customers residing in the following jurisdictions: Washington, DC; Arlington, VA; Alexandria, VA; Montgomery County, MD; Prince George's County, MD; Fairfax County, VA; and the City of Falls Church, VA. Phone numbers provided to WMATA at promotional sign-up will be securely shared with Lyft to issue the ride credits to the Capital Bikeshare or Lyft account linked to that phone within 5 business days. Promotional offer availability begins upon, and expires 30 days after, receipt of SMS/text message communication from Capital Bikeshare regarding offer activation. During the promotional period, only one promotional offer can be redeemed for each SmarTrip account. Promotional offer does not provide additional benefits to Capital Bikeshare users with annual membership.
